Proven in soft ground, VILLAGE VOICE can go one better than when runner-up in a similar event here in July behind Jackie Oh, who was an unlucky loser in the Blandford Stakes last weekend. She is the choice of Shane Foley from Jessica Harrington’s three. Her improving stablemate Starry Heavens looks a danger, while course winner American Sonja is likely to give her running.
