Form & Verdict
Made just about all when winning a Wolverhampton novice (5f, AW) in April and a handicap over C&D (good) last month, but couldn't last out under similar tactics in the 3yo 'Dash' at Epsom on Derby day (5f, good to soft); back in calmer waters here, but despite the small field he is still likely to face competition for the lead.

Made a winning reappearance at Nottingham in April but he hasn't built on it in three runs since; blinkers now given a go.

Made all when winning off this mark on his comeback over C&D in the spring; bounced back from a poor one at Newmarket (doesn't seem to like it there) when not beaten far last time and there's no obvious reason he won't go well again.

All wins have been at 5f, the latest by a head at Nottingham in April (1lb lower); disappointing at Newmarket but ran poorly on his previous visit there; could bounce back from a handy draw.

Form & Verdict
Had two of these behind when fourth of 19 in the 3yo 'Dash' at Epsom on Derby day (5f, good to soft) and built on that when making all and winning easily over C&D (good to soft) a week ago; might not enjoy a soft lead here and drying ground may pose a question, but she is 5lb well in despite the penalty so is still the one to beat.

All four wins at 5f on good ground or softer, bolting up in handicap at Goodwood in May; well below par in two subsequent runs but she's had over two months off since and could be revived; not without hope if so.

Her three handicap wins have all come over C&D on good ground or slower; it was only a 0-88 that she won here on her reappearance in May but she fairly bolted up, easing her way into contention from well off the pace and skipping clear inside the final furlong; reverted to front-running in an Ayr Listed event last month but overdid things and dropped away late on; 11lb higher than for May's win but still a strong contender if the ground doesn't dry out too much.

Loves Goodwood and has gained her last three wins there, pulling clear of 12 opponents in handicap on latest; the one to beat if she can repeat that form; best efforts so far on good ground or softer.

Form & Verdict
Often takes a keen hold and has finished out of the frame in his last three starts (in cheekpieces the last twice), including when behind a couple of these at Epsom on Derby day; needs to settle better if he is to bounce back.

No longer the force of old but was close third off today's career-low mark here (6f, good) eight days ago; eased in grade today and can handle the drop back to 5f; must be considered.

Both wins came at York when trained by Richard Hannon; denied a clear run when finishing fifth of ten at Sandown (6f, good to firm) ten days ago; has dropped to a career-low mark but may be getting his act together.

Spoiled chance by refusing to settle on seasonal/stable but this month's midfield finish at Newbury (6f, good to firm) was more encouraging; has slipped to a dangerous mark and should now be approaching concert pitch.

Form & Verdict
Acts on any ground; doubled her tally under a positive ride at Windsor (5f, good to firm) on Monday, but will need to improve again to defy a penalty and she is relatively exposed.

On a long losing run but she arrives in decent nick, ridden too aggressively when seventh of 12 over 6f here two weeks ago; this C&D winner is not out of things.
