Joined David Pipe after finishing second in 15-runner Irish point in April and ran big race when fourth of 12 on rules debut at Worcester (good) a fortnight ago; ought to be right in the thick of things again here.

Half-sister to smart jumper Thomas Campbell and useful jumpers Lisp, Coeur De Lion and Magna Cartor; dam Flat and very useful hurdle winner; shaped with significant promise when fourth of 17 on debut at Newbury (soft) in December but came last of seven when reappearing at Uttoxeter (good to soft) last month and it's hard to know what to expect from her here.

Made the frame in both Irish points, more recently when keeping-on second on good to yielding ground in April, and was subsequently bought for £30,000; it's hard to gauge what her form is worth but her new stable does well in bumpers (17% strike-rate).

Verdict

Dance The Moon made a promising debut at Newbury in December and has by far the best pedigree in this field but last month’s reappearance run was very underwhelming and she now has a point to prove. A more appealing option is Irish point runner-up BACK IN THE BAY, who made a pretty good start to her rules career at Worcester last month. Pure Seduction, another Irish point runner-up, makes her rules debut here and is next on the list.[Chris Wilson]
