He has gone the wrong way on turf in Ireland this season but he did show clear promise on the AW at Dundalk early in the year, including finishing first past the post in a 6f maiden in February (disqualified on a technicality); he has joined a stable who have enjoyed considerable success with similar types and he's a fascinating contender, for all his draw could have been kinder. |
