Form & Verdict
Progressed last season in handicap hurdles but is already a far superior chaser; impressed at Worcester (2m7f, good to soft) on first attempt in beating a subsequent winner, before ultimately outclassed up the hill by former star staying hurdler Flooring Porter over C&D; would hold every chance with a repeat of that, for all that he's not guaranteed to confirm placings with the third Weveallbeencaught (who lacked a run).

Started this season brightly, notably when second to Kandoo Kid in the Coral Gold Cup at Newbury (3m2f, good to soft); he'd have a good shout judged on that display and going beyond 3m2f made plenty of appeal even before that; however, he disappointed at Cheltenham on New Year's Day and ran badly there last month; cheekpieces (tried at this meeting last year, tailed off) return.

Didn't jump fluently when below par here on New Year's Day; however, he's reportedly had his knees medicated since and two starts ago was a fine second in the Coral Gold Cup at Newbury (3m2f, good to soft); two wins here (3m/3m2f) during last season's novice campaign; in the mix if back on song.

Form & Verdict
Best runs last season as a novice hurdler came here when beating a subsequent Grade 2 winner in a maiden and when seventh in the Albert Bartlett (3m, soft); he was bought with chasing in mind when fetching £210,000 following his Irish point win and there were plenty of positives to take from his chase debut over C&D three weeks ago (good to soft) when only just behind his stablemate Broadway Boy; big individual who can strip fitter now.

Disappointing at Leopardstown in December last time but in good form previously for new yard, finishing second in the Munster National in October (3m, yielding to soft); 13l fourth in this race last year when he'd have been closer but for a bad late mistake; each-way shout if back on song.

Won a 3m Doncaster novice handicap chase in fine style for Nigel Twiston-Davies in January; second-best of the home team when fourth behind Daily Present in the Kim Muir; can be expected to improve from stable debut at Listowel; prospects of reversing form with Talk In The Park.

Won a 3m Doncaster novice handicap chase in fine style for Nigel Twiston-Davies in January; not a bad effort when last seen at Aintree in April; bought for 40,000GBP at Goffs in May; worth a market check on first start for new yard.

Form & Verdict
Record of 2-9 over hurdles and was found wanting in two ultra-competitive handicaps at last season's big spring festivals; however, he surpassed all previous RPRs when doing everything right and comfortably accounting for Alaphilippe on recent chase debut at Carlisle (2m4f, soft); it's not a given that he'll stay 3m, but fair chance if he does.

Form & Verdict
Dual hurdle winner who remains a maiden over fences (0-9) but has run some mighty races in defeat, including placed efforts at the last two Festivals here (3m2f Kim Muir and 3m6f National Hunt Chase); also ran well for a long way in the Grand National last time before his stamina ebbed away; his form claims are there for all to see.

A classy chaser who has famously gone 0-19 in this discipline, running numerous good races in smart company and finishing runner-up nine times; did run well for a long way in a veterans' chase at Cheltenham last month (3m2f, good to soft) and this might just be the day it happens for him.

Let down by his jumping when returned to the cross-country course at Cheltenham last time; has lots of useful form otherwise and ties in with Eldorado Allen on reappearance running; well capable of being involved but is famously frustrating and still a maiden over fences (0-18).

Form & Verdict
Grade 2 winner as a novice hurdler and very nearly won the Pertemps Hurdle Final here in 2022; first run since when beaten 16l by fellow chase debutant Good Risk At All at Carlisle (2m4f, soft) last month; even if he does strip fitter here, and the longer trip should also help, it looks a big ask to reverse those placings.

Will have appreciated a simple task in his members race last time after a hard-fought Didmarton dead-heat; in better heart than many, but it's a worry that all bar one of his four chase starts have featured their share of jumping errors, including this race last year (pulled up).

0-6 under rules but put in fairly good front-running shift when third (albeit well held in the end) at Exeter (3m, soft) in March, and his winning point form offers hope he'll be better suited by the forecast good ground here; blinkers removed after one use; 2lb wrong; could have a say.

Won a point in 2022 but has not shown much under rules this season and was safely held on last month's handicap chase debut at Taunton (2m7f, soft); not written off just yet but needs a good boost from the first-time blinkers here.
