Verdict
His tendency to race too freely remains a nagging concern but AGGAGIO was always fending off the clear runner-up at Leicester last month and, in view of the progress he made on the Flat last year, could still be on a very good mark over hurdles. He gets the nod but this is competitive for the grade and good cases can also be made for, among others, Global Agreement (second choice), Hititi and Pilsdon Pen.[Chris Wilson]
