Verdict
This has the look of a decidedly weak maiden and it’s probably at the mercy of KARAKTERE D’ENFER. His French effort makes for good reading and he wasn’t beaten far at Doncaster despite fiddling a few of his hurdles. He should improve yet might not have to in this company. Whispering Royal is the danger, for all that his recent placing was remote. Ex-Godolphin inmate Cannon Rock is the dark horse.[Alistair Jones]
