Prospered after second to Western Fold on chase debut at Tipperary last May; hat-trick included small-field 3m Grade 2s at this venue and Navan; took time to warm up and left with plenty to do in the Brown Advisory, made late progress to finish fourth behind Kitzbuhel; towards the back when unseated at the 15th (Chair) in the Grand National.

A first-season novice won the 2022 Grand National when unraced beyond 3m1f and this Irish challenger (who's one year older) bids to repeat the feat; hat-trick this season included two small-field Grade 2s and when his winning sequence came to an end it was in the Grade 1 novice at Cheltenham Festival, where some slow jumping in the early stages left him with plenty to do but he made late inroads to finish fourth; he still looks capable of better and the longer trip could suit.

Progressive over fences, winning soft-ground 3m Grade 2s at Punchestown in November (beat Koktail Divin) and Navan in February (by 6l from The Wallpark) on his last two starts; has a better chance on form for his two-horse trainer than double-figure odds suggest; one to consider each-way.

Winning hurdler and 0-8 but better chaser, standout run on seasonal return when third of 28 in 3m1f Paddy Power Handicap at Leopardstown over Christmas (yielding); hasn't backed that up however on softer ground, well held in both Leopardstown handicap and Leinster National; return to better ground and first-time cheekpieces could see an improved showing.

Just 1-13 and no wins from seven chasing starts; however, he was still travelling nicely when making a bad mistake and unseating at two out in this race last year off 3lb lower (3m1f, soft); led over the last at Leopardstown (3m1f, yielding) in a Listed chase on seasonal return before fading into a 5.75l third; had blood at both nostrils when tailed off last time; not ruled out if bringing his best.

Hurdle winner is a maiden over fences after six starts, but ran a cracker when third in the Paddy Power Chase over 3m here last time; should strip fitter for that seasonal debut and be a big player, even raised 3lb.

Poor form in bumpers but has improved over hurdles this winter; shaped like he would appreciate a step up in trip when runner-up at Limerick in November; didn't build on that at Naas last month but could be a big player stepping up in trip here.

Enjoyed a standout season, highlighted by landing Grade 3 honours at Naas in January (2m, heavy); has been found out upped to Grade 1 level twice this term, 19l behind Lossiemouth in the Morgiana Hurdle (16.5f, soft to heavy) and no chance when unseated at the last in the Hatton's Grace (2m4f, yielding to soft); below his best in a Fairyhouse Grade 2 last time; hard to see him being involved.

Better than ever this season and has contested two Grade 1s; appreciated the drop in class when making all in a Grade 3 at Naas (2m, heavy) and this 7yo is a good bet to give his running (stays this far); very sound jumper.

Better than ever this season, winning over 2m3f at Punchestown and has run well in defeat since chasing home clear-cut winners at same venue in both Grade 1 Morgiana Hurdle and when over 8l off front-running Fabiolo on New Year's Eve (2m3f); seems sure to run another solid race (running in colours of Limestone Lad).
