These big-field 6f handicaps suit him down to the ground, and having finished fourth in the Stewards' Cup at Goodwood (good to soft) and the Portland at Doncaster (extended 5f, good) he led home 24 rivals in the Ayr Gold Cup (soft) last September; mostly in good form at Meydan this year but he's 10lb higher than at Ayr which is a big burden to carry. |
