Soundly beaten at big odds in handicap hurdles at this venue (11th of 12 finishers) and Sligo (last of 16) before showing dramatic improvement to win at Wexford last Friday; trainer suggested that the removal of a hood might have been a major factor; hard to find any positives in last season's form in Flat maidens; good Flat pedigree, unwise to discount. |
