Phil’s Dream represents a respected Irish stable and was a 5f course winner on his latest visit to Britain but he’s not without risk. Rye (second choice) and Chasing Gold are safer alternatives but the suggestion is class-dropper IN THE CITY, who made a poor start to this campaign but took a big step back in the right direction when sixth here in new headgear a fortnight ago.[Chris Wilson]
