Verdict
Although expensive to follow last season, BONA FORTUNA ran well in defeat and there were positives to take from his comeback run. He has to concede lumps of weight to the in-form Diomed Spirit who is feared most. Ancient Times and Mr Cool have chances.[Alistair Jones]
