Verdict
It’s hard to find a solid option in this tricky race but it might be worth siding with SPOTTY DOG, who probably needed his comeback run last month and is well treated on his close call over 2m6f at Leicester last January. The main threat could come from triple chase winner Allardyce, who had a tough task from out of the weights here last time and is on a dangerous mark on his drop back in grade.[David Moon]
