Form & Verdict
Won course bumper on debut in June 2022 and drew nicely clear on run-in to score here (2m4f) on hurdle debut in June; unraced on ground other than good but will be a tough nut to crack if he handles today's conditions.

Form & Verdict
Bettered low-key bumper debut when placed at Kilbeggan (yielding) last month and improved again when scoring by 7l on hurdling debut at Down Royal (2m4f, good to yielding) four weeks ago; drops back in trip with cheekpieces added here; obvious contender.

Won 2m4f Down Royal maiden and better form in defeat in a couple of Cork novices' over today's trip; never landed a blow however on handicap debut at Navan last month in albeit much better race; down in class here so not one to rule out.

Won a Down Royal maiden hurdle in September and two fine runs in novice company since; well-held in a Grade 3 over 2m4f here last time and will have to improve upon that even dropped in class.

Very green when winning a good ground maiden hurdle at Down Royal in September; beaten in novice company twice since at Cork but looked more straightforward; place prospects here.

Struggled in run-of-the-mill maiden hurdle at Kelso (2m5f) on recent debut and needs the added tongue-tie to make a massive difference here.

Form & Verdict
Took good step forward from debut run when gaining hard-fought win in slow-ground Irish point in March, then changed hands for £115,000 the following month; makes rules debut after six-month break and has fairly good standard to reach but still warrants consideration.

Well beaten/pulled up over fences on his last two starts but has each-way claims on the pick of his form over hurdles this season and Gregor Walkingshaw gets a tune out of him.

Wore cheekpieces on last four starts, to be placed twice over hurdles but not faring so well in two chases, including behind Val Dancer at Lingfield (upped markedly to 3m5f) last time; given wind surgery since and now has tongue tied first time; he's now 9lb below last winter's peak mark (even from out of the handicap) so has his chance if back on song.

Form & Verdict
Generally disappointing in low-grade Flat races (7f-1m) this season and stamina is a possible issue on today's hurdling debut.

0-15 under rules; may have finished closer with a clear run when seventh of 12 over C&D last time, but others are still more convincing.

Modest maiden who was pulled up in 2m Musselburgh novice hurdle 11 days ago; he's hard to make a case for.

Verdict

Strong market support for Irish point winner Whistle Stop Tour will put a different complexion on things but this will probably be fought out by the two last-time-out hurdle winners. Both drop back from 2m4f today and it’s not easy to predict which one with cope best with the forecast soft ground but PINYON JAY may edge out I Love My Baie.[Chris Wilson]
