Verdict
Last year’s winner Mrs Meader (second choice) should have a big shout, while the veteran Restorer has struck again recently and Fazayte is an intriguing newcomer to Flat handicaps. However, this may well go to NIVELLE’S MAGIC who is far from fully exposed at 1m4f and took so well to it on soft ground at Ffos Las on her penultimate start. Her latest run was on AW when she didn’t get a clear run in time, trying to come from the back. Das Kapital was placed in this race in 2021 and 2022.[Richard Austen]
