Verdict
Chris Grant’s VANILLA DANCER ended last year with two very creditable runs and is taken to open her hurdling account at the eighth attempt. She’s A Rocca looked back in good form when second over 2m1f here last month and, still well handicapped, is feared most. Tres Bien made a very inauspicious start to her hurdling career, but she seemed to be getting her act together when sixth (behind the selection) last month and is a more speculative option to consider.[Chris Wilson]
