Verdict
A trappy race as none of the runners ran particularly well last time. SATONO JAPAN did at least produce a positive performance the run before and, with Rhys Clutterbuck taking off 3lb, this is the lowest mark he’s ever raced off. Jean Baptiste is handicapped up to his best form but this track does suit his style. Revich also commands attention, for all that he will be into unknown territory some way from home.[Alistair Jones]
