Some good form in Ireland this year and this lightly raced 5yo built on that to make all in a first-time tongue-tie (retained) on stable debut at Ffos Las (2m4f, good) last Friday; strong claims under 7lb penalty. |

0-7 over hurdles in Ireland for Edward O'Grady but signed off for him with good second at Downpatrick (2m6f, good) in July and has a fighting chance if in similar form again for new trainer; tongue-tie added. |

Cheekpieces fitted in last three races; won at Catterick and back to form when a clear second at Haydock (2m4f, good); back up 3lb but still well handicapped on old exploits. |

Evidently not the force of old but he built on an encouraging C&D reappearance when winning in first-time cheekpieces at Catterick (2m3f, soft) in February; made early mistakes when a disappointing favourite at Hereford since but it's possible he'll be happier back on a left-handed course and likely he's still on a winnable mark if putting his best foot forward. |

Handicap mark took a hit for his drawn-out hat-trick (third win came after 334 days off) and he's now back from another absence after pulling up on final appearance; very much up against it from 8lb out of the handicap. |

The four-timer came up shy at Stratford (2m6f, good) but he still ran well off his career-high mark and Megan Fox now takes off 7lb; his improvement has come on good ground but he handles soft. |

Runner-up in 3m Haydock handicap last month, having been hampered on run-in, and readily beat a next-time-out winner when dropped back to 2m4f for Fakenham maiden (also on good ground; first-time cheekpieces) three weeks ago; big player if coping with this even shorter trip. |

Safely held when switched to fences for handicap debut in January but was second in handicap hurdle at Haydock (3m, good) last month, having been badly hampered on the run-in; drops back in trip with cheekpieces added here; strong claims if in similar form again. |

Both wins over hurdles came when making all; yet to convince as a chaser, falling in two of her three starts in this sphere; a clear round would be a priority. |

Returned to form with front-running win at Warwick (2m3f, good) in September and caught the eye at Stratford (2m, good) last month, after a break, making good headway from a long way off the pace before fading into fifth on the run-in; back up in trip here and it will be interesting to see whether she reverts to much more positive tactics. |

Only win over hurdles came in a Sedgefield maiden (2m4f, good to soft) but consistent until pulling up the final time; won his only point so every reason to believe he'll do well over fences. |

Verdict
There is no doubt that Mary would have gone close but for capsizing at the last fence at Bangor last time, but she may need to play second fiddle to MIGHTY FLEUR who has made all in two starts over hurdles recently and may well lead her rivals a merry dance here on her return to fences. Chasing debutant Order Of The Dance must also be of interest after winning on his stable debut, while Imperial Bede disappointed last time when favourite but went mighty close at Haydock prior to that.
