Verdict
This looks a fine opportunity for last year’s winner EDITEUR DU GITE (nap) to enhance his good Cheltenham record. He was ridden less positively here in October but could be hard to catch with front-running tactics reapplied. If recent wind surgery has had a positive effect, Third Time Lucki (second choice) and Gumball may provide the sternest opposition.[Richard O’Brien]
